1. Developing a network of civic activists to monitor the activity of the local public authority and ensure the transparency of the decision making process. Activities planned: 4 members of the association  trained on LPA activity, local public budgeting, and LPA expenditure management (especially related to capital works); 6 reports of the Măgdăcești local council meetings available to the general public; 6 newsletters on LPA activity; 1 report on the efficiency of the local budget and ways to improve it; 200 households surveyed on local development priorities, especially related to capital constructions in the village.
