Citizens' empowerment actions
The aim of the project is to inform the population of the Republic of Moldova, especially the citizens of the Northern region, about the investments made by the EU to increase the access of citizens to improved water supply and sewerage and energy efficiency services in public buildings, to motivate to get involved in decision-making processes at local and regional level, as well as to promote good practices, histories and successful partnerships implemented from EU sources in 5 localities in the Northern region.
