Key objectives: Raising the awareness of residents of the village of Chirsova in matters of solving the problems of waste management. Involvement of civil society representatives in the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of public infrastructure projects at the local level. Raising the level of environmental awareness of citizens and protecting public health. Involvement of civil society representatives in the process of developing tariffs in the field of waste collection and disposal.                                                                         

 Activities: Creation of a  working group of CSOs / LPA / civil society for the implementation and monitoring of  the project. Conducting thematic trainings for LPA / CSOs. Proposed topics: “Household waste and their second life”, “Methods of waste disposal in the village”, “Garbage burning: problems and their solutions”, “Landfill waste”, “Waste and your health” “Announcement and public procurement ".  Public consultation on the strategy.  Conducting 2 workshops on the provisions of the waste management strategy and the provision of waste management services to the public. Holding 1 environmental lesson for students in local schools (2 schools).Conducting 2 sanitary events on the ground. Conducting 2 working sessions on the development of tariffs for waste management services (LPA / CSOs).
