Development of cooperation and involvement of citizens of the village Novoselovka in the participatory process of planning, management and maintenance of public infrastructure, by ensuring a high-quality supply of drinking water to residents. 

Activities planned: round tables and training events, creation af a web page of LPA for communication and information of citizens, capacity building events for civil society, trainings for scool students. 

Infrastructure component: replacing 670 metres of water supply network on Shkolnaya street of Novoselovka village, connecting 107 residents  to the new water supply line.
