Consolidation of the efforts between the citizens and the Cociulia LPA in the local decision-making processes through the participatory monitoring of the renovation works for the increase of the energy performance of the Community Center building. 

Activities planned: Involvement of citizens for active participation in the process of updating the local development strategy for the next 5 years, Energy Day, movie screening with debates, flashmob, exhibition af paintings and art from recycled materials, Green Energy Day. Infrastructure component: repair of the roof of Community Center, installation of the heating system, external renovation of the Community Center building.
