Awareness and empowering children, youth, parents on energy efficiency and the need to use organic materials for compliance of public buildings with quality standards and public health. 

Activities planned: group project contest for students, trip training for pupils, intellectual contest, painting contest, summer camp, establishing contacts with representatives of the Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy, official meetings of the mayors of Cahul district with the representatives of the Convention of Mayors for Climate and Energy, EE brochure development, satisfaction survey of the students regarding the project activities. 

Infrastructure component: Insulation works of the school building.
