1. Raising awareness on the importance of waste management.

2. Increasing the capacities of local authorities in waste management by construction of a centralized waste collection and disposal system. Activities planned: Information campaign, consisting of: information materials for each household; 2 general meetings with citizens; 4 film screening sessions; 2 two-days trainings for students; 1 round table for active citizens; 1 waste collection system constructed; 1 Local Waste Management Plan developed; 0 unauthorized landfills;1  authorized landfill.
