Citizens' empowerment actions
To cultivate the citizens of the northern region and the municipality Balti an objective perception of EU values and the role played by European Union in the development of the Republic of Moldova by providing financial support, offering, at the same time, an antidote against fakes promoted by some parties political, influence groups, regional media institutions.
