Involvement of public activists in cooperating in the process of improving the legislative framework in the field of energy efficiency at local and national level; addressing legislative gaps and proposing transparent rules to stimulate investment in energy conservation measures. 

Activities planned: workshops for civil society on monitoring of LPA, public consultations on barriers to investing in EE, a high-level round table to present the analysis made as a result of the public consultation, elaboration, promotion and monitoring of the “Roadmap” made based on the discussions within the round table, trainings for pupils on EE and plastic recycling. 

Infrastructure component: construction of the fuel storage and processing complex for the new biomass thermal power plant, procurement of vines cutting equipment.
