14,400 inhabitants with improved access to the water supply system

5,700 inhabitants with access to the sanitation system;

15,839 m of extended and rehabilitated water supply network;

4,902 m of extended sewerage system with gravitational flow;

875 connection points to water supply;

234 connection points to sewerage system;

Improved drinking water treatment plant, new chlorination station;

Calarasi water and sanitation services provider capacitated to efficiently manage improved services based on developed business plan;

Two rayon and local strategic documents in water supply and sanitation harmonised with national strategic objectives
