Monitoring public procurement and ensuring transparency of decision-making processes for 6 localities in these districts and analyzing the expenditure chapters in the local budget for the last year.

Planned activities: developing an online video guide as digital lessons for monitoring public procurements, trainings for citizens on monitoring public procurement procedures, practical activities and mentoring for monitoring public procurements, preparing monitoring reports by citizens, round table for the dissemination of the results
