Strengthening the capacities of the LCC’s members to ensure the monitoring of the effectiveness and quality of the implementation of investment projects for the development of water supply and sewerage services infrastructure and their involvement in the WSS public service development planning process.

Awareness of at least 100 young people from Edinet municipality about the global water crisis, environmental protection, and their familiarization with the water resources management process.

- Organization of 6 thematic information sessions for the LCC’s members.

- Conducting of 2 online surveys about citizens' perception of their role in the monitoring of the infrastructural project in WSS, implementation as well as evaluation of the degree of satisfaction with the provision of services in the Edinet municipality, which will benefit from investment measures in the WSS sector.

- Organization of the campaign “Be informed and responsible, not passive and ignored”.

- Organization of a video contest for youth (poems, essays, drawings) with the theme “The global water crisis and what we can do locally”.
