Capacity building for at least 20 citizens with special needs for participative planning and monitoring;                                 

Involving at least 50 citizens, including people with special needs, in creating a concept for development of the city and development of a web platform for communication between citizens and LPAs;   

Capacity building of the project team to further provide assistance to persons with special needs.                                                           

Activities planned: Trainings with people with special needs and CSOs on participative planning and monitoring, involvement of people with special needs in monitoring of infrastructure and public services, analysis of the current situation based the monitoring activities, development of a web platform for communication between citizens and LPAs.
