Empowerment and involvement, in a significant way, about 840 people, women, and men, from the localities of Dărcăuți, Malcăuți, Bădiceni, Grigoreuca, Visoca, Baxani r. Soroca, in the planned activities of the public water supply and sewerage infrastructure of the local public authorities.

Participation of about 140 people, women, and men, from Dărcăuți commune, Soroca district, in the implementation of the policy for the development and sustainable management of the public infrastructure of access to the drinking water.

Awareness of about 5,300 inhabitants of Dărcăuți, Malcăuți, Bădiceni, Grigorăuca, Baxani and Visoca villages from Soroca districts, including about 500 students, regarding the economic and environmental protection benefit of the centralized water and sewerage service, their obligations as beneficiaries of the services, informing them about the European Union's investments in the Republic of Moldova.
