More young people who
are not in education, training or employment have found good jobs in Moldova
The project seeks to
strengthen Moldova's National Employment Agency (ANOFM) and its territorial
offices to address employment challenges with a focus on inclusivity and
outreach. By enhancing ANOFM's capacity to identify local employment
opportunities, providing tailored counselling and training for NEETs, and
implementing community outreach strategies, the project aims to ensure that
vulnerable groups, especially those in rural areas and women, are not left
behind. Ultimately, the project aims to contribute to sustainable economic
development and support Moldova's EU accession aspirations by improving
employment prospects and fostering inclusive growth.
