Cooperation
between stakeholders responsible for sustainable trade routes and logistics
concepts has been strengthened in the countries of the EaP.
The project targets closer economic integration
of Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries with each other and the EU, leveraging
strengthened cooperation among key stakeholders in trade routes and logistics.
The approach is built on enhancing digital and sustainable practices within the
transport and logistics sectors, aligning with EU standards and fostering regional
collaboration. The project focuses on strengthening the capacities of ministries and
institutions to develop strategies for reducing transport-induced CO2
emissions. Additionally, it supports implementing digital border management systems to border agencies in
EaP and preparing the relevant stakeholders to complete in-service digital
border process training sessions. The focus is on fostering competence
development in SMEs within the logistics and transport sector, targeting
digital and sustainable transformation.
