Objective 1. Promote the values of integrity among 220 young people from Balasinesti, through active participation in approximately 20 events organized as part of the Anti-Corruption Week activity, implemented during the 8 months of the project.

Objective 2. Develop partnerships between civil society and about 6 public institutions to enhance the impact of anti-corruption actions through participatory organisation of trainings and information events.

Anti-corruption and moral values education must start with the young generation, who represent the future of this country. The more the younger generation is determined to live a life of integrity, honesty, and fairness, the more likely they are to demonstrate zero tolerance against corruption.

The AO "ACTIVE YOUTH" believes that in the fight against corruption, more attention should be paid to young people as a factor for change and - at the same time - to their development environment (educational institutions) as a space that promotes and practices integrity.

In the long term, youth engagement in the fight against corruption can lead to the fulfilment of two aspirations: building a less corrupt state and developing greater resistance to corruption among young people as future leaders.

At the local level, young people will be directly involved in corruption prevention activities, informed and trained to participate as active citizens in monitoring local government policies and transparency.

120 secondary school students, 100 young people from Balasinești village, 10 representatives of local institutions, 10 teachers, and 400 inhabitants of Balasinești village who will participate or will be targeted by the project activities.
