Objective 1. Empowerment and Capacity Building: Empowering 20 young people through trainings for a better perception of corruption risks in the field of education and administrative act and empowering the group of "young anti-corruption guardians" by equipping with IT and software a laboratory for blogging and monitoring the integrity and corruption risks in Telita village, Anenii Noi district, Nistru Security Zone.

Objective 2. Strengthening and Accountability. Build a platform for dialogue between decision makers and civil society represented by young people from Telita through the creation of a blog page and the empowerment of local administrative actors through the creation, editing and publication by young people of at least 20 spots that will inform the local public about the risks of corruption in the educational and administrative field.

Objective 3. Adaptation and involvement of young people in anti-corruption surveillance mechanisms by piloting an innovative method of cooperation with decision-makers and The Local Youth Council, which will act as advisory council on youth policies, under Telita LPA

Our project aims to involve young people from the rural areas, to be the watchdogs of one of the areas at high risk of corruption - education. Young people feel that they have more capacity to get involved and become good governance guardians in their educational institution but also at village level. A low level of knowledge of the mechanisms of monitoring the administrative act, transparency and the mechanism of reporting the risks of corruption is also held by the adult population of the village, although most of the inhabitants mention that they know what an act of corruption would be, they admit that they only perceive this information from TV and they have never attended a training or a seminar that would have trained them on how to recognize an act of corruption and where they could report it without risk to their personal security. Through our project we will educate the young generation from Telita locality, Anenii Noi district to promote zero tolerance to the acts of corruption, inactivity and bad intentions in educational institutions but also in local administrative institutions on which the development of education at the local level certainly depends. The project foresees a massive educational and informational campaign on the risks of corruption, models of involvement in the act of governance at the local level for transparency and minimization of the degree of non-transparent management in the administrative and educational fields. It is important to mention that we will promote these activities in a new way through networking, blogging, virtual community. These methods are close to young people and have a more targeted effect.
