Objective no.1The development of zero tolerance towards the phenomenon of corruption in 3 high schools from Soldanesti and Criuleni towns.

Objective no.2Development and piloting of corruption prevention mechanisms in 3 high schools from Soldanesti and Criuleni towns.

The project activities are aimed both at informing all groups of actors in the educational system and at improving or creating mechanisms to discourage corruption in the beneficiary institutions.
The following activities are to be carried out to achieve these objectives:

·        measuring the perception of corruption among pupils, parents and teachers;

·        anti-corruption training for about 150 pupils in grades 8-12, about 100 teachers, about 40 people - the leadership of the parents' association and the chairpersons of the parents' committees of the beneficiary educational institutions;

·        creation of the "Anti-Corruption Volunteers" group among pupils in grades 8-12, who will be part of the integrity campaign during the project;

·        integrity promotion campaign, including anti-corruption essay/speech competition; 2 flash mobs; local press materials; development and distribution of anti-corruption guide for parents and students;

·        inventory of corruption prevention mechanisms and those lacking integrity;

·        organize and conduct 3 working sessions with high school administrations on the gaps and impediments they face in the process of preventing corrupt and lacking integrity behaviour;

participatory development of anti-corruption action plans for beneficiary institutions;

Soldanesti and Criuleni towns

Direct: about 150 pupils, 100 teachers, 40 parents, 3 general education institutions from Soldanesti and Criuleni town;
Indirect: about 1600 pupils, 115 teachers of the beneficiary educational institutions, 1600 parents of pupils studying in the beneficiary institutions;

 

Those who will benefit from project's activities are the pupils of all genders, girls and boys alike. For parents and teachers, equal opportunities of participation will also be provided, both women and men.

-        about 60 people participating in 2 events launching the project, 1 each in Soldanesti and Criuleni towns;

-        2 measurements of the perception of corruption among pupils, parents and teachers;

-        about 150 pupils trained in anti-corruption area;

-        about 100 teachers trained in anti-corruption and institutional integrity;

-        40 parents in the leadership of parents' associations and chairpersons of parents' committees trained in the field of integrity of parents' representative bodies;

-        at least 10 pupil volunteers involved in the campaign promoting integrity in education;

-        Anti-corruption essay/discussion competition conducted;

-        at least 30 pupils participating in 2 Flashmobs "We want a future without corruption";

-        1 anti-corruption guide for parents and pupils produced;

-        1 promotional material distribution campaign carried out;

-        6 materials for the development of zero tolerance towards corruption in the educational system published in the local media;

-        about 60 participants in 2 events to finalise and totalise the results of the project;

-        3 anti-corruption action plans for 3 high schools, developed;

3 memoranda are signed for annual monitoring of the anti-corruption action plans implementation;
