O1. Informing students from 15 educational institutions in Edinet district about the anti-social phenomenon "corruption", its negative consequences, and the importance of involving citizens in preventing and fighting against it;

O2. Informing state officials, civil society representatives, and entrepreneurs in the target localities about the impact of corruption on the development of the district and the importance of taking action to prevent and combat corruption.

O3. Formation of 10 anti-corruption councils in the respective localities and training of the members of the local anti-corruption councils, so that they can then carry out advisory-informative work among the population.

O4. Survey of the population in the target localities on the extent to which they are affected by the anti-social phenomenon "corruption" and the degree of trust in state institutions.

O5. Increase the knowledge of the employees of the beneficiary municipalities on the role of transparency in decision-making.

O6. Inform the population about the achievements of the project.

STOP Corruption Project! includes a series of actions, which aim to inform the population about the importance of getting involved in preventing and fighting corruption. Thanks to the work of anti-corruption councils, the work of local and regional authorities will become more transparent and officials more accountable.

The activities planned under the project will be carried out in educational institutions in the beneficiary localities:

Lessons "The impact of corruption on the socio-economic development of localities and the welfare of the population". Training of about 200 young people who will then be involved in activities to raise public awareness of the importance of involving the population in preventing and fighting corruption;

Wall gazette competition "Say NO to corruption!!!" and the creation of anti-corruption corners, where around 45 posters will be displayed.

Round table "The impact of corruption on the development of localities and the importance of taking action to prevent corruption. About 180 representatives of local authorities and state institutions, civil society, and entrepreneurs will participate.

Formation of anti-corruption councils in 10 municipalities benefiting from the project, with the aim of advising the inhabitants of the district on how to behave in order not to fall prey to corruption and how to act when their rights and freedoms are violated.

Survey of about 3,000 people in the target localities on the extent to which they are affected by the anti-social phenomenon "corruption" and the degree of trust in state institutions.

Training of 100 employees of beneficiary LPAs.

After the completion of the project, the anti-corruption councils will continue their work. Their members will continue to provide advisory-informative services to the inhabitants in case of violation of rights or if they fall prey to corruption.

Localities: Burlănești, Badragii Noi, Badragii Vechi, Brînzeni,
