In order to reduce to the point of exclusion the phenomenon of
corruption in the communes of Rosietici and Vărvăreuca in the Florești
district, it is necessary to carry out as many activities as possible to inform
the population, especially the younger generation, about the effects of
corruption and the ways to fight it. The implementation of the project Young
People Informed and Involved aims to solve these problems by informing and
involving young people in such activities. About 30 students from 2 secondary
schools in the beneficiary communes of Floresti district and at least 4
teachers from these educational institutions will participate in: lessons,
competitions, presentation of videos, and dialogue with the anti-corruption
expert(s). Students of grades 8-9, teachers from the above-mentioned secondary
schools, and representatives of the Directorate of Education of Floresti will
participate. Visits will be organized to the state institutions competent in
preventing and combating corruption in Floresti and Balti. The purpose of the
visits is to inform students and teachers theoretically and practically about
the institutions of law and enforcement of court decisions on corruption cases
and not only with the presentation and simulation of the examination of such
cases until the issuance of court decisions and transmission for enforcement to
the competent courts.
For better assimilation of information on the
problem of corruption within the project will be developed: 300 leaflets (150
for each locality), 2 banners (one per locality), 30 T-shirts and 30 T-shirts
with the print "Stop Corruption" for students and adults, and 2
information boards. A survey (100 questionnaires) will also be carried out
among the inhabitants to identify the corruption risks they face. As a result
of the analysis of the questionnaires, an Integrity, and Anti-Corruption
Regulation will be drafted for public and educational institutions in the
locality. All the activities of the project will be promoted and publicized on
the websites of the institutions involved and the local, regional, and national
media.
