Capacity building of 60 agricultural producers and 80 young people from Drochia
and Dondușeni regions in preventing corruption related to food safety in the
production and sale process.

Risk analysis and information of at least 3000 people in preventing and
combating acts of corruption in the field of food security.
The major problem in Drochia and Dondușeni is the presence of products
with a high content of nitrates and residues, or non-compliant products, in the
agri-food markets. Consuming quality products for a healthy generation involves
agricultural producers and young people from these districts in preventing
legislative violations in force to prevent and combat corruption in the
agri-food sector. 60 agricultural producers in the field of vegetables, fruit,
and animal husbandry from Drochia and 80 young people will be selected on a
voluntary basis, 40 young people from IPLT Hasdeu in the town of Drochia.
Drochia and 40 young people from CEHTA Țaul, for training on "Corruption
as a factor of stagnation of the economy" and "How can I personally
get involved in preventing and fighting corruption? Situations and episodes to
avoid". There will be 10 trainings, moderated by experts in the field. For
this purpose, promotional-informative materials will be developed: 4 billboards,
3 banners, and 3000 leaflets, which will serve as promotional and
awareness-raising materials for citizens. 2 information and awareness-raising
campaigns, 2 slogan workshops, 2 Flasmobs, a 1-day camp for the most active
young people will be organized. A sectoral risk analysis of corruption in the
production and marketing of agri-food products will be carried out, information
will be collected in two focus groups. All the project activities aim to
promote and support transparency, accountability, and local anti-corruption
activities in the agri-food sector.
