O1. Facilitate the participation of one hundred young people from the municipality of Balti in activities to prevent corruption in medical and hospital institutions by organizing a local short film/photography/drawing competition on the theme of corruption in the medical system.

O2. Inform all stakeholders (especially medical staff) about the danger of corruption in the public health system and methods to prevent & fight it, by organizing 2 thematic trainings in 2 medical and hospital institutions in the city, and by installing a thematic billboard in the city center.

Balti Municipality Project says NO to corruption in the public health system! aims to raise awareness among citizens of the Northern region of the Republic of Moldova (Balti municipality), especially among young people, about the negative effects of corruption and ways to fight and prevent the risks of corruption in the public health system in Balti. Thus, different innovative activities will be organized to involve young people.  A local short film/drawing/photography competition will be held on the theme "The importance of fighting corruption in the public health system", followed by an award ceremony. Another activity of the project is the opening of an art exhibition on the theme: "Corruption in the health system", which will include the works of young people, and students from educational institutions in the municipality. This art exhibition will be realized in collaboration with the School of Fine Arts for Children and the Art Gallery ,,Antioh Cantemir" , Balti.

Two trainings will also be organized for workers of the Balti Clinical Hospital and the Municipal Family Doctors' Centre, Balti, on the danger of corruption in the public health system and methods of its prevention. In order to promote this topic to the public, an information campaign will be carried out among the citizens, through the elaboration of a booklet on the topic "Fighting corruption in the medical field" and the installation of a thematic billboard in the city center.

Visibility of the project will be ensured through the local media. In all publications concerning the project activities, A.O. "Lex Voice" will indicate the European co-financiers.

150 inhabitants of Balti municipality, who will be able to participate in the competition and award ceremony, who will be involved in the creation and launch of the art exhibition (both as artists and as guests at the exhibition launch event), and who will be able to participate directly in the adjacent events of the project.

 60,000 inhabitants of Balti municipality, who will benefit indirectly from the dissemination of the project information. These 60 000 people will be made aware through online promotion of the brochure, billboards, etc.
