The project prepares executives from Moldova specifically for business initiation and economic cooperation with German enterprises.

The programme is aimed at managers and future managers, and at upper and middle management levels of Moldovan enterprises and is generally open to all industries.

Each year, around 35 Moldovan executives take part in this practical training. They come from firms which have foreign trade potential that wish to establish contacts in Germany.

The focus is on small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

Participants acquire management skills, gain insights into German business practices and establish contact with German enterprises, mainly medium sized firms.
